Nepal to begin U19 World Cup Asia Qualifiers facing Singapore

Kathmandu – Nepal U19 team will begin their ICC U19 Men’s Cricket World Cup Asia Qualifier campaign facing Singapore in the last week of February.

The teenage Nepali cricketers will then take Kuwait on February 25 after meeting Singapore on February 24.

Before meeting the hosts UAE on March 2, the Nepali U19 team will vie against Hong Kong and Malaysia on February 27 and 28. The matches under the qualifiers will be played at Malek cricket stadium and Eden Gardens in Ajman, UAE.

The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) on Sunday announced the Nepal National U-19 Cricket team to compete in ICC U19 Men’s Cricket World Cup Asia Qualifier UAE 2023.

Aakash Tripathi, Arjun Kumal, Dipak Bohara, Deepak Bohara, Uttam Thapa Magar (Wicketkeeper), Dipak Dumbre (Wicketkeeper), Dipesh Kandel, Hemant Dhami, Durgest Gupta, Gulshan Jha, Dev Khanal, Subash Bhandari, Bishal KC, Milan Bohara

Reserves:

Prajwal Thapa, Nirmal Thapa, Tul Bahadur Thapa, and Rajesh Yadav
